Who am I?   I am Nicole C. Kraus the crazy lady with the Big Smile who dropped this book off to say hi and see if I can be of help?  It is my aim to provide the highest level of service to all of my clients and personally take deep pride in helping them achieve their real estate goals.

Buying or selling I am a fierce, tenacious, real estate professional attuned to the ever-changing needs of business.  With a Master’s Degree in Human Relations along with many Specialized Real Estate courses (which I won’t bore you with) and years of Business experience I have been able to assist clients not only in finding their dream home, but help them in making a sound financial decision for their futures.  My focus is being a results-oriented real estate professional with excellent customer service skills that is dedicated foremost to serving the needs and interests of my clients.

Personally I approach everything in life with a can do attitude and if I can’t then I will figure out a way to get it done.  I don’t think outside of the box, because I don’t own a box.  Being a true bookworm you will find me reading multiple books at any given time, with a love for animals (I may have some fur on my clothes due to having six fur babies of my own), their welfare, advocacy and rescue are near and dear to my heart.
